At 8 o'clock on the 14th, the water level of Chenglingji Station was 23.83 meters, and the average value of the same period of many years was 5.6 meters. It was the second low water level in the same period since the station had hydrological records.23.12 meters.The water from the upper reaches of Dongting Lake mainly includes Xiang, Zi, 沅, and 澧 "Four Water", as well as the Yangtze River water flowing into the "three mouths" flowing from Songzi, Taiping, and Pond.The relevant person in charge of the Hunan Hydrological Water Resources Survey Center said that in the past month, the total amount of water from "three mouthfuls" and "four water" is 11.4 billion cubic meters, which is 60%less than the same period of many years.The water level of Chenglingji Station is gradually approaching the minimum value of the same period. However, at present, the water volume of Dongting Lake is generally acceptable, and the Dongting Lake has not yet reached the standard of issuing drought warnings.
