It is planned to be completed and put into operation by the end of this year. It is expected that by the end of this year, the processing capacity of the waste oil treatment facilities in Guangzhou can fully meet the needs of the city's abandoned consumption of oil and grease harmless treatment.

According to the municipal urban management department, in order to prevent abandoned edible oil and fat after simply processing, it may return to the dining table, and Guangzhou's multi -pronged approach to strengthen the supervision of the removal of abandoned edible oils and fats. The collection, transportation and disposal of abandoned consumption of oil and fat, while strengthening the supervision of the entire process, vigorously promote the special operation of waste consumption oil collection and transportation, and implement the "one district, one franchise" in accordance with administrative divisions, and clear the scope of services and operations. The "Guangzhou Catering Waste Management Measures" issued last year encouraged the genetic waste to collect waste consumption oil separately. For example, the separated water oil, fried waste oil, and "ditch oil" are separated by the special operating unit of the food waste, kitchen garbage, and the purchase price will be determined by the market price. If there is no waste consumption oil collected separately, if the waste consumption oil is mixed with the general kitchen waste, the kitchen waste generation should pay the treatment fee according to the average kitchen waste.
