On June 1, 2021, the revised "Protection Law of the Minor" was implemented. The revised "Minor Protection Law" has a total of 132 chapters, divided into general rules, family protection, school protection, school protection, social protection, network protection, government protection, judicial protection, legal responsibilities and attachments.

Article 74 of the Protection Law of the Minor Article 74 shall not provide minors with products and services that induces their addiction. Network games, networking, network audio and video, and network social services providers shall set the corresponding time management, authority management, consumer management and other functions for minors to use their services. Online education network products and services with minors as the target of service shall not be inserted into the online game link, and no information such as advertising is not allowed to be related to teaching.

Campus bullying -Internet bullying

Article 77 of the Protection Law of the Minor, any organization or individual may conduct cyber bullying behaviors such as insults, slander, threats or malicious damage to minors through text, pictures, audio and video and other forms. Minors and parents or other guardians who have been bullied by the Internet have the right to notify the network service providers to take measures such as deletion, shielding, and disconnecting links. After receiving the notice, network service providers should take necessary measures to stop network bullying in a timely manner to prevent information diffusion.
