In June 2013, with the "National Highway Network Plan (2013-2030)" approved by the State Council, the Shitai Expressway was divided into three sections of the national highway section. Silver and stone hubs are interconnected and adjusted to some sections of West Ring West Ring West Ring West Ring, and the number G2002; Qingyin Shitai Hub connects to the provincial boundary section, and adjusts to the composition section of the Qingyin Expressway, the number G20.

The project is located in Luquan District and Jingzheng County, Shijiazhuang City, with a total length of 51.467 kilometers, of which 14.867 kilometers of Luquan District and 36.600 kilometers in Jingzheng County. The project uses a length of 3.767 kilometers, the new four -lane section is 37.100 kilometers long, and the expansion section of the original road is 40.600 kilometers.
