At this point, the Liaoshe dry flow water level retreated below the alert water level.

Since June 1, 9 heavy rainfalls have occurred in the Liaohe River Basin, with a cumulative rainfall of 457 mm, which is 3.3 % more than the same period of the same year. More than 5.6 %, 4.9 %, and 2.5 % compared with the same year, the cumulative rainfall of the Liaoshe River was ranked second since the measured data in 1961.

Affected by the rainfall, the Liaohe River was flooded No. 1 in 2022. There were 17 floods in the Liaohe River's dry tributaries. Seven rivers such as the Xiushui River, Dongsha River, and Qinghe have a super -guarantee flood, and the largest floods have occurred since the surrounding Yanghe.

At 20 o'clock on August 12, the water level of the Liaohe River Circle Circle River was retreated to 72.71 meters, which was lower than the alert water level (72.72 meters). At this point, the Liaoshe dry flow water level retreated below the alert water level.

The flood process lasted for 2 days to 47 days, of which the Tieling River section Super Police was 2 days and the Tongjiangkou River section Super Police was 47 days.

At 8 o'clock on August 13, the lower reaches of the Liaohe River surrounded the Yanghe Dujia and the silt river cover.

Affected by the heavy rainfall and long -term high water level operation, on August 1st, the four -section dyke of the Jinshu of the Yanghe Panpan was collapsed. After full rescue, it successfully failed at 18:20 on August 6. At present, the local area is organizing drainage work. As of 6 o'clock on August 13, 39.2 million cubic meters of water has been discharged. It is expected that all the water accumulated water in the flooded area can be exhausted in mid -August.
