1. Implementation time

Since September 1, 2022, the province has officially implemented the preferential treatment of the elderly with the resident ID card.

Second, work arrangement

(1) Terminate the treatment of the elderly. Old aging offices (Health and Health Commission) in various places must timely coordinate the withdrawal of the "elderly preferential treatment permit" from government service matters. Since September 1, 2022, government service units at all levels will no longer accept the service service for the elderly.

(2) Implement dual -certificate parallel. The elderly who hold the elderly or their resident identity cards will also enjoy the corresponding preferential policies and services of the province and the local area.

The notice requires that all relevant units should strengthen overall coordination, clarify work responsibilities, improve supporting measures, implement the work card to replace the elderly's preferential treatment related work, implement the preferential treatment policies and measures for the elderly, and effectively safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the elderly. It is necessary to make full use of media media such as newspapers, radio, television, websites, WeChat public accounts, extensively publicize the policies of the elderly's preferential treatment, effectively expand social impact, and strive to create a strong atmosphere of the whole society's concern, support, and participation in the elderly. Each license service window and units that provide old -fashioned treatment services must do a good job of public announcement and policy interpretation, and increase policy awareness. We must closely focus on their respective responsibilities, take the initiative to strengthen coordination, do a good job of related work, and ensure that the elderly can easily and quickly enjoy the relevant treatment policies. Old aging offices in various places should further strengthen inspection and guidance, compress and compact responsibilities, optimize the workflow, and pay attention to establishing a sound information feedback mechanism to properly solve problems in the work.
