In 2011, after graduating from Wuhan University of Science and Technology, he opened a noodle restaurant in Wuhan and started his own business. In 2014, he returned to his hometown and took over his pond.

However, his "road to innovation" is not flat. At the beginning, fish and shrimp died frequently. He was unwilling to give up. He repeatedly adjusted the density of release and the timing of harvest, and finally found a set of effective ways. After three years of exploration, his breeding technology has gradually matured, and his annual output profit of his pond can reach about 150,000 yuan, which is three times that of fish and shrimp mixing.

"Good experience should be shared, so that everyone can get rich quickly." In recent years, Han Zhe selflessly shared the experience of "lotus fish and shrimp" that he explored with himself with the villagers in the village.

He Dunqun, a villager in Houshan Village, remembers that during the chat two years ago, Han Zhe took the initiative to inquire about the situation of his pond. When he learned that there was no mixed -care fish and shrimp, he actively promoted his hybrid technology and taught him. promote. One day last year, He Dunqun asked Han Zhe to help: "The shrimp in the pond has died a lot, what should I do?" The eight farmers and nearly 300 acres of ponds in the village realized the "lotus fish and shrimp", which greatly improved economic benefits.
