The exercise simulation of the main flood season of the rainfall, and the town of Zongluzui fell to heavy rain, and the rainfall reached 120 mm.The water level of the ox cart reservoir rose rapidly. Affected by the continuous rainfall, the reservoir roads in the reservoir were flooded. The soil was loosened in the slope, the people stayed in the reservoir islands, the gourds of the dam, and the flood disasters appeared in Shuanghekou Village.

Tuanfeng County organizes county and township flood prevention and rescue teams, militia, and key social emergency forces to participate, in an orderly manner, emergency transfer, water emergency search and rescue, and emergency rescue of dangerous situations. The exercise lasted for an hour and a half.During the exercise, the rescue staff gathered quickly, took complete equipment and proper operation methods, exercised the team, run into the mechanism, and enhanced the ability of flood prevention emergency combat and collaborative command.
