The Water Resources Department of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region launched a flood defense level IV emergency response. At the same time, the flood control effect of controlling water conservancy projects will be used to minimize the pressure of downstream flood prevention. All cities and states along the Tarim River adopt various measures to resist flood rescue to effectively ensure the safety of river embankments and the lives and property of the masses.
