The "Regulations" clearly states that parking should be regulated when charging electric bicycles to ensure safety. It is forbidden to park electric bicycles in the indoor places that do not meet the fire safety conditions and the public room, evacuation aisles, stairwells, safety outlets and other places, and prohibit carrier electric bicycles with elevators.
