Conditional residential communities and units shall set up non -motorized vehicle parking places as needed. If a concentrated parking place cannot be set up due to objective conditions, a certain safety area shall be selected as needed, and a relatively centralized non -motorized vehicle temporary parking point should be set.

The "Regulations" clearly states that parking should be regulated when charging electric bicycles to ensure safety. It is forbidden to park electric bicycles in the indoor places that do not meet the fire safety conditions and the public room, evacuation aisles, stairwells, safety outlets and other places, and prohibit carrier electric bicycles with elevators. If the above provisions violate the above regulations, the fire rescue agency shall be ordered to make corrections, a fine of more than 50,000 yuan to 50,000 yuan for the unit, and a warning of the individual office or a fine of less than 500 yuan.
