After careful consideration by judges and experts, a total of 100 projects across the country were rated as "2022 middle school students volunteer volunteers Service Demonstration Project ". In 2017, Huaiyin District launched the practice of "Commercial Action -Application of Drama to Improve Campus Conflict and Bullying" moral education project practice and set up a "peers small theater". The project aims to effectively prevent and avoid the occurrence of campus bullying incidents, and guide students to master the method of handling campus conflicts.

The "companion action" uses expert power to find that the lower the social emotional ability of students, the more frequent their bullying behavior or being bullied. On this basis, it is concluded that improving students' social emotional ability is the most effective way to improve the phenomenon of campus bullying. Therefore, the "companion action" chose to use the vivid way to apply drama, which is suitable for the age of middle school students, to guide students to independently participate and spontaneously participate in the action of improving campus conflicts and bullying, and improve the status of bullying on campus. To resonate with students, the prototype in the story was discovered by the students, and the script was created by students.

Practice shows that "companion action" can lead students to not be caught in "accusations" when facing conflict, and can explore the cause and effect of "behavior" itself with a "neutral" attitude. In addition, the "companion action" also enables students in the school to guide students to independently participate in the action of improving campus conflicts and bullying to achieve the overall improvement of the campus atmosphere.

"Starlight Dot" Love Reading Action

The "Starlight Dot" is the main volunteer service project of the volunteer team of Jinan Chenxing Public Welfare (Primary and Middle School Students). This volunteer team was initiated by students from Jinan Experimental Junior High School. The main body of the volunteer was primary and secondary school students 7-15 years old. At present, the team members have developed more than 700 players including more than 40 schools in Jinan.

The "Starlight Dot" loves reading action is a comprehensive reading promotion activity carried out by special -demand groups (disabled people, autism, mentally retarded children, rural, poor children, etc.). In the past two years, there have been 78 offline volunteer services such as companion reading, fusion -type assistance, drifting book corners, starlight books and books, and 16 online volunteer activities; Listening to the book APP, the new Yellow River APP published more than 200 readings on the cloud, and developed urban -rural pull -by -site partners to help read the station small program. In two years, the total time of the volunteer service is nearly 3,000 hours, donating more than 18,000 yuan for the disabled and poor students (the total donation of various donations of the team), and the sale of 5,000 for the benefit of the good dedication.
