The approval pointed out that in order to improve the traffic environment around the South Railway Station and improve the efficiency of traffic, principles agree to the preliminary work of supporting roads and landscape greening projects (Phase I) on the east side of the South Railway Station of Fuzhou.

The main construction content of this project includes roads, bridges, water supply drainage, electrical lighting, supporting pipelines, greening, transportation and safety facilities, including 3 roads and 5 ramps:

The transformation of around the island road is 1090 meters long, and the width of the red line is 58.75 meters to 76 meters;

The transformation of Yongnan Road is 1074 kilometers long, and the width of the red line is 40 ~ 64 meters;

After the newly built station, the road is 395 meters long and 54 ~ 62.8 meters wide;

The new ramp B, C, D, FB, ZB, of which the ramp is 610 meters long, 10 meters wide, the ramp C length is 157.878 meters, 10 meters wide, the ramp D length is 181.621 meters, 10 meters wide, the ramp FB length is 184.934 meters, width, width 6 meters, the ramp ZD is 289.882 meters long and 20 meters wide.

The total investment of the project was 513.116 million yuan, of which the project cost was 38,163,600 yuan, and the project construction cost was 98.7514 million yuan (including 63.548 million yuan in construction land costs), and the reserve fee was 33.3014 million yuan.

As an important part of the Fuxia high -speed rail train entering Xiamen Island, the liaison line of the island (reserved section) is 3.5 kilometers long. , The line must be across the existing Hangzhou -deep line. The remaining 10 co -box beams in this section will be completed at the end of September. The entire project is expected to be jointly adjusted with the main line of the Fuxia high -speed rail in June next year.
