In recent years, with the advancement of urban ecological construction, urban sewage treatment capacity has improved significantly, but the sludge produced after sewage treatment has also increased significantly. If it cannot be properly handled, it will become a hidden danger of threatening the ecological environment.

Beginning in 2021, the Three Gorges Group Yangtze River Ecological Environmental Engineering Research Center, Shanghai Academy and Yangtze River Environmental Protection Group jointly carried out the exploration and research of the use of "last mile".

Many parts of my country are trying to use anaerobic digestive technology to deal with sludge, but the problem of blocking of sludge products is generally encountered. The "solar energy drying+good oxygen fermentation+product processing" process studied by the project team provided a solution for solving the problem of sludge biogas.

"For example, 'good oxygen fermentation' is like a 'sterilization lamp'. The sludge biogas residue is reproduced with the garden auxiliary materials. At 60-70 ° C, heavy metal forms have transformed from unstable to stable form. The effectiveness of organisms is significantly reduced, which can effectively eliminate the eggs and weed seeds, and convert the ease of corruption organic to a stable humus acid substance. The organic matter content is 30-40 %, and nitrogen, phosphorus, phosphorus and potassium are scored about 8-10 %, far exceeding the standard standards of national soil, which can be used to improve the current situation of soil barren. "

Nutritional soil process process for sludge gardens

The soil quality of Liu'an area in Anhui Province is complicated. Most of the hills are clay, and the plains on both sides of the Luohe River are mainly sand. Generally, the organic matter content of the soil is low and the nutrients are lacking, which is not conducive to the improvement of garden crops.

The research team made full use of Liu'an's existing conditions to build a sludge research laboratory for local conditions, established a nutritional land process process for sludge gardens, and the nutritional soil rich contains organic matter, humidic acid, nutrients required for plants, etc. It is of great significance for local soil water preservation and fertilizer and garden crops. The preliminary research and development results have been applied to the Huahai project of Liu'an Su Danyan Wetland Park. It has been well received by garden companies in the "sludge -changing sea of ​​flowers" demonstration project.
