Harbin power supply company employees entered the site 15 days in advance for survey, and installed a 200 kV safety power supply and 630 -way automatic conversion switching equipment with a rest day and connected one 400 kilowatt emergency trains as a backup power supply venue power supply safety. The conference planned to be closed on August 12. As of now, the State Grid Heilongjiang Electric Power has invested 193 electricity personnel and 67 electric vehicles.
