However, after the police and law enforcement officers left, Zhao Moumou returned to the fishing land again. The reason for returning was that he set off a fishing net in the river in advance before the police and law enforcement officers arrived, trying to salvage. Use the "Explosive Hook" for illegal fishing

At 14:20 on July 23, the police of the Chongzhou Public Security Forest Police Brigade inspected the Yangma River in Liaojia Town, Chongzhou City, and found that a man was using multiple sea rod fishing in Yanjiadu section.

After inspection and verification by the police, the criminal suspect Fan Moumou used a total of 4 sea rods, and each sea pole used real bait re -hooks (commonly known as "explosive hook", 7 hook tips on the line), on the spot No fishing objects were seized. According to the relevant announcements of the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Ministry and the Sichuan Provincial Department of Agricultural and Rural Affairs, Fan Moumou's real bait reunion hooks are disabled fishing gear. Immediately, Fan Moumou was brought back to the police station for further investigation.

According to Fan Moumou's confession, on the 23rd, he returned to Chongzhou City to pass the Yanjiadu section from the Yanjiadu section, so Fan Moumou also wanted to try it. At present, Chongzhou Public Security has taken criminal compulsory measures on the two suspects above.

• Forbidden acquisition, processing, sales, and illegal fishing and fishing objects;

• It is forbidden to publish an advertisement such as the above prohibited content;

• For entertaining fishing in the scope of the prohibition, only one person, one -line one hook (single -hook), prohibit the use of multi -line multiple hooks, long -term hooks, first -line hooks, and picking fishing, sea rods, anchor fishing, and fishing. String fishing, explosive fishing, turning fishing, rolling hooks, cages hooks, courses hooks, fish guns, crossbow and other fishing behaviors;

• It is forbidden to use various types of fish detective equipment and video devices and lighting fishing methods;

• It is forbidden to use water floats such as boats and rafts; entertaining fishing on public passages such as bridges and embankments;

• It is forbidden to use bait, nests and additives and fish and shrimp living aquatic biological bait with toxic and harmful substances;

• Forbidden entertainment fishing cable trading, otherwise it will be regarded as illegal fishing;

• From March 1st to June 30th each year is the fish breeding season, and entertaining fishing is prohibited.
