China also firmly supports Iraqi to safeguard national sovereignty, national dignity, and legitimate rights and interests, and oppose any power -bullish acts that interfere in the Iraqi government.

Ambassador Chang explained the significance of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, which was about to be held, introduced the relevant situation of global development initiative, global security initiative, the "Belt and Road" initiative, and the comprehensive cooperation plan of China and Iran.
