The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government website issued a newsletter on August 12 that the SAR Government published a list of appointments for the Taiping gentleman today on the Constitution.

The constitutional newspaper published 13 newly appointed Taiping gentlemen, of which 10 of them were appointed by Article 3 (1) (B) (generally called non -official Taiping gentleman), 3 People are appointed by Article 3 (1) (a) in accordance with the regulations (generally referred to as officials and prosecutors).

According to the news bulletin, the main functions of the Taiping gentlemen are inspection of punishment institutions, detention centers or other hospitals to ensure effective management and the right to be unfairly treated or exploited.
