(Correspondent Jiang Haiyan) Since the beginning of this year, the Laiyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau has formed a special class to conduct a "giving talent" service on enterprises in the city on a regular basis to provide the maximum convenient services for the development of the enterprise. The bureau went to 64 key enterprises in the city to conduct on -site services, evaluated the site to guide enterprises to determine independent evaluation of the work. As of August, the city has added 29 new self -evaluating enterprises, involving 63 types of work, covering key industries such as new chemical materials, mechanical processing, biopharmaceuticals, automobile manufacturing, high -end assembly, and food agriculture. Among them, the four independent evaluation companies carried out evaluation work, generating 146 skilled talents above senior workers, of which 135 senior workers and 11 technicians.

When these enterprises conduct evaluation, combined with the actual production of production, they adopted the theoretical examination, production process assessment, and work performance evaluation to conduct skill evaluation of employees. Relying on independent evaluation qualifications, enterprises can carry out relevant training programs, enjoy talent training subsidy policies, and can independently evaluate talents, providing talent support for the development of the enterprise.

With the upgrading of the enterprise industry and the application of intelligent equipment, the need for the demand for skill -type talents will be greatly increased. The Human Resources and Social Affairs Department incorporates enterprises into the professional skills level identification agency to carry out independent evaluation of skill talents, and the enterprises are the mainstays from employment, training, evaluation, and certificate issuance.
