The scope of implementation of slow payment implementation

The territorial medical insurance agency shall promptly notify the tax department for levy. If an enterprise cancels in accordance with the law, it shall pay the cost of paying the paid before canceling, and the relevant departments shall apply in time in accordance with the cancellation process. Social organizations, foundation, social service agencies, law firms, accounting firms and other social organizations are implemented with reference.

Eligible small and medium -sized enterprises can enjoy the payment policy of slow payment units without applying for a slow payment application. The medical insurance and tax departments, in accordance with the relevant departments, refer to the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Standards for Planning Small and Medium Enterprises" (the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology Union Enterprise [2011] No. 300) and other types, jointly determine the list of small, medium and micro enterprises. If the existing data can determine the type of enterprise type, if the existing data cannot meet the needs of the company's planning type, the enterprise may apply to the territorial medical insurance agency to deal with the policy.

The medical insurance agencies at all levels should continue to improve the management services of the operation, verify the premiums normally during the slow payment period, normally check the personal payment, allocate personal accounts, and reimburse in time for medical expenses that comply with basic medical insurance policies to be complied with the basic medical insurance policies.
