On August 10, the domestic oversized diameter shield machine "Xingye" completed the assembly of the 100th ring tube film in the second standard section of the Industrial Express (southern section). The total length of the excavation has reached 200 meters. During the breakthrough process of the "Hundred Ring Pass" nodes, a large amount of valuable construction data was collected, which laid a good foundation for the steadily advancement of the project's subsequent excavation operations.

It starts from the underground of Xingye Road north of Yinhua Road.

It is understood that the prefabricated pipes are expanded for each 2 meters (the length of 1 ring). The tube film can be called the "Tunnel Diamond Cover". It is the innermost barrier of the tunnel. It has the functions of allowing the tunnel to form, retaining water, preventing collapse, and resisting other special damage.

In the future, the "Xingye" will be southward to the south of the city, crossing the muddy soil layer, liquefied sand layer, fracture belt, and lone stone group, which will help the construction of the Industrial Express Tunnel.

In addition, the project's main line tunnel and ramp tunnel adopt the construction method of up and down. The main line tunnel uses the "Xingye" excavation, and the ramp tunnel uses a large diameter shield machine with a diameter of 11 meters. It is the largest diameter double -layer stacking shield project in China. It is also the first time that the domestic stacking construction process has been applied to the large diameter shield field.

As a north -south expressway, the Xingye Express will support the realization of the high fast road target for 15 minutes in urban areas. The entire project is divided into the northern section, south section, Yingbin Road branch line, and the south extension section.

At present, Zhuhai is committed to optimizing and improving transportation efficiency, and stepping up the planning and construction of strategic channels such as the Shenzhen -Middle Channel connection line and the Hong Kong -Zhuhai -Macao Bridge West Extension Line, and accelerate the construction of a national comprehensive transportation hub. The Xingye Express to the north with the help of high -tech interchange and Jinqin Express Line to undertake the Shenzhen -Middle Channel traffic flow. The Australian Bridge is connected, becoming an important node of the city's "eight horizontal eleven vertical" high -fast backbone road network.
