Entering the enterprise, you can see that in the factory area of ​​about 40 acres of area, there are three large stacked fields, which are stacked with large stones, gravel, and building slag in bricks and tiles. Warehouse.

The reporter noticed that there is a gravel workshop in the factory area for rolling large rocks, and then the screening machine separates the gravel from the powder. The powder will be processed into cement bricks, and the dust will also be produced from this workshop. After walking in the factory area for a week, no measures to prevent the spread of dust were not seen, resulting in a strong dust in the entire factory area.

The workers did not wear a mask. One of the 50 -year -old workers told reporters that this company has been driving for more than 5 years and more than 20 workers. "There are really a lot of dust here. We always cough. I will get sick after working here for a long time, but there is no way to make money. "

Workers revealed that the company was investigated and punished for environmental protection last year, and the factory later installed spray facilities to prevent dust. But it didn't take long for these facilities to break, and the enterprise did not repair it, but the production was still the same.

About 500 meters north of the company, the reporter saw that there was another company with similar area and production technology, and the same dust in the factory area.

The closest village to the establishment of the company is Jiming Village, with 1.5 kilometers. "It looks far away, but when the wind blows, there must be some impact." When it comes to these two building materials companies, Mr. Zhang, a villager, was indignant. Last summer, they reported to the relevant departments of Xiangshan County on the establishment of the company's pollution. On September 16, 2021, the Xiangshan Environmental Protection Department also filed for investigation and punishment of illegal acts that did not take effective measures such as closed, coverage and reducing dust emissions, ordered correction, and fined 47,000 yuan. Due to the failure of construction waste processing, the main production equipment is seized. On September 23, the enterprise has set up dustproof measures such as coverage, spraying and spraying water; the company has commissioned a third -party environmental assessment unit to modify and improve the environmental assessment of the construction waste processing project.

So, when is nearly 10 months, this company is still dusty? Subsequently, the reporter interviewed Cai Huafeng, a staff member of the Shipu Institute of Xiangshan Branch of the Ningbo Ecological Environment Bureau. He confirmed that the company has not undergone environmental protection and cannot be put into production according to law. They have also imposed administrative penalties for enterprises and ordered them to stop production.

As for why it is continuing to produce now, Cai Huafeng said that this company uses construction waste as a raw material, which is a part of solid waste cycle. At the same time, the site selection is relatively suitable. There are no residents in the surrounding area and have certain rationality. At present, they are ordering the enterprise to make up for procedures, and because in the process of making up the procedures, the problems in land and construction have not been resolved, which has not yet completed the reissue. There are similar problems in the same type of enterprise nearby. Next, they will contact the local government to touch and deal with it in accordance with laws and regulations.

In fact, in addition to the serious problems of environmental protection, there are still illegal construction problems. Wang Jianguo, deputy director of the Natural Resources and Planning Bureau of Xiangshan County, said that the company's site approved the temporary construction project planning permit on October 21, 2016 for two years. However, after expiration, it has not been demolished for various reasons. In other words, the buildings in this company are all unpacking illegal buildings. The same type of enterprise nearby has a similar nature.
