On August 3, when the Ruian man Xiaojiang (pseudonym) surfed the Internet at home, he saw a poster involving Huang. He downloaded an app called "Honey Circle" through the QR code on the poster. There are various types of women's photos and related "service" projects in the APP. The "customer service" of the APP told Xiaojiang that the "Beauty" service can be exchanged for 3 platform tasks. The task is very "simple", that is, in accordance with the "customer service" requirements, recharge the bet on the APP gambling platform. The bet amount and content are designated by "customer service".

In fact, the task is "not easy." The man was 1870 yuan in accordance with the requirements, but could not withdraw the account money. "Customer Service" told Xiajiang that it is necessary to transfer large amounts of accounts to the account and thaw the account in order to withdraw and enjoy the "service". Subsequently, Xiaojiang transferred more than 120,000 yuan in four consecutive times, but still could not withdraw. After discovering, Xiaojiang eventually called the police.

As early as July 24, another man, Xiao He (pseudonym), also downloaded a "Shangmei" app through "recruiting" small advertisements.

The APP "Consultant" introduced that the four "ordering" mission to complete the platform can accept the beauty "service" for free. The "swipe" task is to transfer the account to the designated account according to the "consultant" requirements, exchange the platform points, and the points can be withdrawn at the end. As a result, Xiaohe transferred more than 12,000 yuan to 4 bank accounts according to the requirements. However, the "consultant" said that there was a problem with one of the transfers, and he needed to complete a "big order" of 8,800 yuan with the other three customers.

"Consultant" immediately pulled Xiao He into a small group. In addition to the "consultant", there were three other "customers" in the group. Seeing everyone is applying for the order, Xiao He also transferred 4,800 yuan and 4,000 yuan. Unexpectedly, the "consultant" once again determined that the order was invalid because he did not complete the transfer of the transfer at one time. At this time, some people in the group proposed to brush a larger order directly. Because the amount of the three people must be consistent, Xiaohe can only continue to swipe. It was not until he had a total of more than 30,000 yuan that he was deceived. In fact, the APP "consultant" and the "customers" in the group are all pretending to be a scammer, the purpose is to set up a trap to deceive the victim.

After the victim completes the task on the designated platform, the scammers will once again ask the victim to transfer to the designated account for the reason for the operation error, recharge and then withdrawn, and finally complete the fraud.
