Third, the United States shall effectively assume historical responsibilities and obligations in the field of gas change. China has always advocated that the climate change cannot be shouted alone. The Supreme Court of the United States has recently passed the ruling of restricting the right to control the greenhouse gas emissions of the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
