At 18:26, the Fire Rescue Brigade of Jize County in Handan received a police officer from the Detachment Command Center: The rainfall caused a stagnant water in the basement of the foundation of a community in Jize County.A rescue rescue fire truck, 1 city main battle fire truck, and 10 firefighters quickly rushed to the scene to drain.

After the firefighters arrived, the basement covered an area of about 100 square meters, and it had been flooded, and the water depth was about 50 cm.Due to the narrow basement stairs, only two people and one machine can be accommodated at a time. Firefighters divided the personnel into four groups, and the two hand -lifted mobile pumps took turns to carry out drainage work.
