to ensure Fengqing Road, Zhuanghe Zhuanghe The road new city tunnel project is successfully carried out. According to Article 39 of the \"Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China\", the construction of segments on Fengqing Road and Zhuanghe Road will be announced as follows:

One , Closed time and closed area

1. From June 11, 2022 to July 5, 2022, the underground pipe network renovation of the north side of the east section of Fengqing Road (Xiningzhong to Zhuanghe Road), semi -closed construction;

2. July 6, 2022 to July 30, 2022, the underground pipe network reconstruction of the East Section of Fengqing Road (Xining Wuzhuang to Zhuanghe Road), half closed construction;

3. July 31, 2022 to October 30, 2022, the north side of the east section of Fengqing Road excavated (Xining Wuzhong to Zhuanghe Road) tunnel tunnels were excavated, and half closed.

4. October 31, 2022 to December 20, 2022, the south side of the eastern side of Fengqing Road (Xining Wuzhong to Zhuanghe Road) tunnel was excavated, and half of the construction was closed.

2. During the vehicle pass

During the closed period, the east section of Fengqing Road (Xining Wuzhong to Zhuanghe Road) was changed from two -way 4 -lane pass to two -way 2 lanes.

Third, pedestrian traffic

Pedestrians pass normally along the sidewalks on both sides.

Fourth, traffic requirements

During the construction period, all social vehicles are prohibited from entering the closed road section, and vehicles passing through the closed road section strictly follow the traffic signs in the surrounding construction site to indicate the information.
