Lhasa City has completed the preliminary draft of the "Master Plan for Lhasa Land and Space (2021-2035)", "Lhasa City's" Fourteenth Five-Year Plan "Ecological Environmental Protection Plan", "Implementation Plan for the Construction of Ecological Civilization Highlands in Lhasa," Three lines; promulgated the implementation of the "Regulations on the Management of Greening of North and South Mountain in Lhasa", the first trial of "small incision" ecological protection legislation in the region; accelerating the formulation of "Lhasa Greening Regulations" and "Lhasa City Water System Protection Regulations" and other local regulations With the government regulations, the system and mechanism of the ecological environmental protection management system is continuously improved.

In addition, Lhasa has always taken the rectification of ecological environmental protection inspectors as a major political task. In the second round of the central ecological environmental protection inspector, 759 issues have been completed and 58 are completed; In the tackling battle, the renovation completed 220 sewage outlets; 41,900 trash cans, 404 domestic domestic waste classifications were basically fully covered; investment of 1.056 billion yuan to promote consolidation and improvement category and 28 entire village promotion projects, and completed a total of agriculture and animal husbandry. The district sanitary toilet was transformed by 43,600 households.
