In order to build a campus culture, he organized several batches of alumni donations. He successively established inspirational monuments and bronze statues of Confucius for the school.

Since the city's "I recommend me to review the good people around me" in 2008, 73 ordinary people from the grassroots level have appeared on the "China Good Man List".
