These two photos were taken when we were patrolled by our policemen during Cordyceps. Due to the traditional nomadic customs in Guoluo Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, the local herdsmen have the characteristics of large scattered and small gathering. Therefore, when they see police cars from the mountains, many Tibetan children will run over and shout in their mouths "Nian Dunutu "Bat" "Nian Dunba" (Tibetan: Police), and we will stop saluting to us by the police car, and we will whistle to signal or get off the ceremony. The innocent and warm move of the children is the best gift to dispel the fatigue of the police; and the gifts of the police have sowed the seeds of hope and justice in the children's hearts. A child said to us, "I have to be a police officer when I grow up, because you are handsome!" After hearing this, we immediately made our police full of motivation and a sense of responsibility.

Gande County is located in the hinterland of Guoluo, with an area of ​​7046.2 square kilometers and an average altitude of 4,300 meters. For a long time, affected by various factors such as economy, culture, and geography, Gande is the county with the most difficult natural conditions in the state and even Qinghai Province, the most lagging for economic and social development, the weaker ability to protect the rule of law, and the most heavy maintenance tasks.

A drop of water can reflect the glory of the sun; a leaf can show the beauty of spring. Today, I took a drop of water around me and let it reflect the heroic dedication of Gander's public security, and wrote it like a leaf, so that it showed the pursuit of Gande public security without regrets.

Let the time return to October 21, 2020. On that day, Ms. Feng, who was far away from Gansu, called the husband Wang Baocheng, the husband of Ganxian County, and learned that he had a cold and was uncomfortable. That afternoon, Ms. Feng contacted her husband again, and no one answered on the phone. Ms. Feng, who was anxious, contacted the Koqu police station of the Gande County Public Security Bureau. After receiving the call, the police station police immediately went to find. More than half an hour later, the police found Wang Baocheng's shop. After entering the house, I found that Wang Baocheng was lying on the bed, and his mind was a little unclear. The police urgently called the 120 emergency call and took Wang Baocheng downstairs to the ambulance. Due to the limited medical conditions of the county hospital, patients need to be sent to hospitals in the state. With the police's escort, Wang Baocheng was sent to the Guoluozhou People's Hospital 80 kilometers away. After checking Wang Baocheng's condition, the State People's Hospital immediately issued a notice of illness. Considering that there are no family members around the patient, the relevant person in charge of the Public Security Bureau immediately decided to assign the deputy director of the Kequ police station to let Sanzhi and police Ma Xin escort Wang Baocheng to Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital. The patient's condition is very critical, and there is danger at any time. From the distance of more than 400 kilometers in Xining, the ambulance galloped all the way, so that Sanzhi and Ma Xin's hearts were always hanging on their throats. At 11:00 on the 22nd, they finally arrived at Qinghai Provincial People's Hospital safely. After being rescued for 19 hours, Wang Baocheng was out of danger. Those who did not close the eyes almost made Sanzhi and Ma Xin, which was relieved for a long time.

Perseverance shows the Tibetan Lan Bang, loyalty without regret Fang Xian's hero. In the early morning of August 29, 2011, a robbery occurred in Shanggong Ma Township, Gande County. The valuable property in the owner's home was robbed. After the incident, the Party Committee of the Gande County Public Security Bureau quickly transferred the police to set up a task force and conducted thoroughly and detailed investigations on the scene of the crime and surrounding areas. Due to the lack of effective criminal investigation technical means, the investigation was in a deadlock. The criminal suspects have no news like evaporation in the world, and the case has become a suspension and accumulation. However, the Gande County Public Security Bureau never gave up the investigation of the case. For more than 10,000 kilometers, as long as it is a bit clue, it will be tracked as soon as possible. Although the police of the task force have been replaced several times, the beliefs that must be broken and endlessly inspired each police officer. Kung Fu was reluctant to be careless. In the end, through the technical support of the Provincial Office of the Provincial Office, the police's persistent efforts, after a large amount of data analysis and comparison, successfully locked the suspect Luo Mou had a major crime. On December 30, 2020, the police of the Interpol Brigade of the Gande County Public Security Bureau rushed to Shiqu County, Sichuan Province, more than 200 kilometers away, and successfully arrested the criminal suspect Luo Mou.

Urgent people's anxiety, worry about the people's worry. For many years, the years have been embarrassed. At the same time, Comrade Bai Shaoyun, the captain of the Legal Brigade of our bureau, won the title of "National Outstanding People's Police". This makes all the police officers of our bureau feel glory and excitement.
