Monument to Unknown Martyrs

On the morning of August 9th, Jizhu reporters visited the Cemetery of the Monument Monument to the Division Memorial Monthly Monument of the Six Eyes of the Pavilion. It was in July 1947, the 418th Regiment of the 140th Division of the 47th Army of the PLA was ordered to participate in the battle of Y (Chang) Sha (city) to prevent the Kuomintang from crossing Jiangxi to escape. In early July, the 418th regiment rushed hundreds of kilometers from the Xiangyang army in the heat of the heat, and arrived at Yichang Crow Ridge for standing. In the early morning of July 13, the 418th regiment received an order from the ancient back of the Ben Rapi Pavilion. It was more than 50 miles of rush to the army, forming a piercing trend on the ancient back to defend the enemy. From 8 am to 10 o'clock in the morning, the PLA won a lot of victory, shattered the enemy's fugitive plan, and liberated the ancient back. After the battle, the local masses assisted the troops to collect the remains of seven PLA soldiers and buried near the corner of a primary school. Because the war was tight at the time, the names of the seven martyrs were too late to proof.

Record the monument of the martyr's feat

Zhang Yongzhu told reporters that he grew up listening to the story of liberating the ancient back since he was a child. After joining the army, he understood the dedication of the soldiers and the merit of the martyrs. He heard that the former cemetery guardian left the post due to physical reasons, so he took over the guardian task.
