On August 3, 2022, the Liangtan Hydropower Station of Guangxing Town, forward district, Guang'an City, Sichuan Province, implemented a poisoning accident during the implementation of the resumed special sand rushing channel project, killed 3 people and injured 4 people.

According to relevant regulations, the Sichuan Provincial Safety Production Commission decided to implement a listing supervision on the investigation and punishment of the "8 · 3" of the "8 · 3" of the Guang'an City District.

It is reported that the accident investigation team established in accordance with the law will be found within 60 days from the date of the accident (excluding technical appraisal time) to find out the cause of the accident, clarify the responsibility of the accident, study and propose handling opinions, and submit an accident investigation report.After review and approval, it will be announced to the society.
