Special groups are facing the reasons for using digital gaps

Some elderly people have difficulty and resistance to digital application services, leading to "dare not use". Some elderly people have been exposed to understanding new technologies and new things, and it is difficult to grasp digital products and services with relatively fast development and changes in time. Under emergencies such as new coronary pneumonia epidemic, the process of learning, understanding and using digital technology is relatively slow, and the information screening ability is relatively weak. Many problems such as epidemic prevention and control information are seriously affected by daily life, and it is easier to leave behind in a rapidly developing digital society.

Some intelligent products and services have not fully considered the actual needs of the disabled, resulting in "not easy to use."
