In order to accelerate the development and utilization of wind energy resources in Shaanxi Province, promote the optimization and adjustment of the local power structure, and realize the diversified energy supply, the Shaanxi Provincial Development and Reform Commission agreed to the China Resources New Energy (Baoji) construction of the Guanshan wind farm project of Longxian. The line is located in Longxian County, Baoji City. It can be traveled to Tiancheng Town and Chengguan Town. The total length is 5.75 kilometers. The newly forms 21 base tower, of which 8 bases are resistant to the tower and 13 bases in the straight tower.
