The interface Henan learned from the Zhengzhou Municipal People's Government on August 9 that the "Interim Measures for the Management of the Hydrogenation Station of Zhengzhou Automobile" was recently released. These measures are applicable to the planning and construction, emergency guarantee, operational services, safety management and related management activities of the hydrogenation stations (including construction stations) in the administrative area of ​​Zhengzhou. The management of hydrogenation stations in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Zone is applicable to these measures.

The "Measures" clear that the hydrogenation station engaged in operating activities should have the following conditions:

(1) Compliance with the development plan of hydrogen refueling station.

(2) There is a stable and national standard hydrogen gas source.

(3) Enterprise business licenses and gas cylinders issued by the market supervision department, and have fixed operating places and office spaces with fixed safety conditions such as fire protection.

(IV) Facilities such as hydrogen transmission and distribution, storage, recharge, and supply meet the relevant national standards and fire safety requirements.

(5) The main person in charge of the enterprise, the safety production manager, and the operation, maintenance and repair personnel are trained and passed the assessment of the urban gas authority. The number and quantity of qualified personnel after professional training and assessment should be compatible with the scale of the business operation. The minimum number of people should meet the following requirements:

1. The main person in charge of the enterprise refers to the representative of the corporate legal person (chairman) and the general manager (president), each with 1 person.

2. Safety production managers refer to the deputy general manager (vice president) of the enterprise responsible for the safe operation, the person in charge of the enterprise production and safety management department, the person in charge of the company's production and sales branches, and the company's specialty (part -time) security staff. There are no less than 1 person.

3. There are no less than 6 operators in the hydrogenation station, and the number of people appropriately increases with the size of the operating scale.

4. There are no less than one technicians with intermediate titles related to car hydrogen refueling stations.

(6) Enterprises of car hydrogen refueling stations must have a comprehensive management system and safety management system, there are sound emergency plans for safety accidents, and rescue organizations and rescue repair personnel, instruments, equipment and transportation compatible with the scale of hydrogen refreshing.

(7) Other conditions stipulated in laws and regulations.
