The relevant laws and regulations of the Cangshan Protection and Management of Bai Tu Autonomous Prefecture stipulate that the special notifications are as follows:

1. It is strictly forbidden to enter the scope of the protection management of Cangshan without approval.

2. It is forbidden to enter the core area of ​​Cangshan protection management. Due to the needs of scientific research, if you must enter the core area to engage in scientific research and observation and investigation activities, in accordance with the current administrative approval procedures, submit an application and activity plan to the Dali Prefecture Forestry and Grassland Bureau. The institution submits an activity plan and approved documents for reporting. It is forbidden to carry out tourism and production and operation activities in Cangshan's protection management scope. Due to the purpose of teaching and scientific research, if you need to enter the buffer to engage in non -destructive scientific research, teaching internship, and specimen collection activities, you should submit an application and activity plan to the Dali Prefecture Forestry and Grassland Bureau in accordance with the current administrative approval procedures. If the specimen is collected, it is also required to be approved by the county and city forest and grass bureaus, and then submits an activity plan and approval document (specimen collection license document) to the Cangshan Protection Management Institution of the county and city.

Units and individuals who are approved by the above activities shall submit a copy of the results of their activities to Cangshan Protection Management Agency.

If you carry out visiting and tourism activities in the experimental area of ​​Cangshan Protection Management, the plan shall be prepared by the Cangshan Protection Management Organization of the Autonomous Prefecture. The plan shall meet the Cangshan protection management goals. If the experimental area of ​​Cangshan Protection and Management Organization and tourism activities shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the above -mentioned schemes, and management shall be strengthened. Units and individuals who enter the experimental area and travel and travel shall obey the management of the Cangshan Protection Management Institution of Autonomous Prefecture.

(6) Theft and public facilities;

(9) Digging, collecting plants that are included in the protective list of countries and provinces, hunting wild animals;

(11) Fire in the wild;

(12) Develop groundwater resources;
