Recently, relevant departments of Guangdong Province sent a text message to remind the public that "campus loans affect the credit scam." The reporter from Yangcheng Evening News learned that this scam has certain confusion, and some citizens relaxed their preparations to be deceived, and the amount of losses was 100,000 yuan.

Many years ago, a student loan experience was learned

Mr. Wang, a citizen, applied for a national student loan when he was in college. He did not expect that after many years of graduation, the scammer actually used his experience to scam.

Mr. Wang introduced that on July 21, a strange number called. Because there was no prompt to be suspicious when the ringing bell, Mr. Wang answered. The staff who claimed to be "Jingdong Customer Service" asked Mr. Wang if he had applied for a student loan many years ago. After getting a positive answer, the customer service staff said that because of national policies, Mr. Wang must cancel the loan amount on the JD.com's white bar.

After the "capital verification", the money entered the scammer account

Mr. Wang recalled that after that, the staff member communicated with him through the Tencent Conference APP. The staff first presented him with "identity certificate" and "work permit", and then showed some materials known as the CSRC and the CBRC.

"Some of these materials are true, some are fake, and it is difficult to distinguish for a while." Mr. Wang recalled that after experiencing a few simple rounds of operations, the other party said that Mr. Wang also needed to cancel the quota on the "particle loan" platform. The method of canceling is to extract the amount of the particle loan to its own bank card, and then try to "verify the account" and "capital verification" from another "verification account".

Mr. Wang said that the other party first provided a "capital verification account". After Mr. Wang operated the transfer, he registered a mobile phone to receive a verification code. The other party prompts that after 60 seconds, the verification code will fail. Mr. Wang ghostly entered the verification code, and the moment he turned to the other party's account instantly. After the bank text message prompting the large amount was removed, Mr. Wang felt that the matter was wrong and immediately reported to the neighboring police station. But in half an hour, the money had been transferred to multiple accounts and was taken away in other cities in China.

Mr. Wang introduced that the amount he lost was close to 160,000 yuan, and the police have been reported. He said that the scammers knew that they had applied for a student loan, which made him a certain extent. The subsequent "capital verification" process also used some of the unusual understanding of bank text messages, "very hidden."

Jingdong issued an announcement reminding five scam techniques

For recent fraud cases, the scammers are disguised as "JD Financial Staff". JD Finance has also issued an announcement recently, prompting that the police notified in the near future, and criminals pretend to be customer service staff for fraud.

The company reminds that the following situations belong to fraud: 1. Require sharing screen to fill in personal information; 2. Requires to cancel JD.com or adjust interest rates; 3. Requires to cancel the amount of campus loan; After transferring to the other party.

According to the police, many of the scammers who disguised as "customer service" in many telecommunications frauds will actively report their own job information to show authenticity. Not only that, they will also report some personal identity information and user privacy information for illegal channels, so that users are convinced of their identity. In the follow -up operation of fraud, some scammers will further obtain "supplementary information such as bank card numbers and verification codes from users. These are the usual routines of scammers.

Police reminded that citizens should maintain the principle of "unbelievable, not disclosure, and transfer" about these unknown calls.
