The main amendment of the Solicitation Draft for the "Regulations on the Management and Management of Radio and Television Program Production and Operation Management" of the former State Administration of Radio and Film and Television is reflected in:

(3) In terms of the setting of administrative licenses, it is optimized according to the spirit of the national "decentralization service" reform, including entrusting the implementation of relevant administrative licenses, canceling the level -by -level review link, merging TV drama film production permit, further clarification of license conditions, simplified application materials Wait.

(4) Improve the treatment of illegal acts of program production and operation. In terms of supervision and management, the management responsibilities of radio and television administrative departments, the cooperation obligations of relevant institutions and individuals, illegal act complaints and reporting systems. In terms of legal liability, the punishment measures for specific illegal acts are clarified.
