Kuwait reiterated its firm support for a China principle

On August 7, Zhang Jianwei, Ambassador to Kuwait, met with Makidi, deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Kuwait, to explain the Chinese position on the Taiwan issue.

Deputy Minister Makidi reiterated that Kuwait supported a firm position in China, stating that Kefang adhered to this position and abide by all relevant international resolutions, and emphasized that he should respect the basic principles of international relations in order to maintain world security and stability.
