For 18 years in Jiangmen, Ashraf and Oli, the Bangladesh brothers, broke through the language and management. From only 20 people at the beginning to 150 people from the beginning of the new Weite Bags, the products were sold to all parts of the world, and the annual output value of the luggage was as high as $ 10 million. The two brothers cooperate with the strength. At present, Ashraf and OLI are the general manager and deputy general manager of the company. Ashraf is responsible for product sales, and OLI is responsible for the management of the production line. At present, although affected by the epidemic, ASHRAF and OLI lead the company to actively change, explore and transform, and embark on a steady development path.

From not understanding Chinese to communication -free

In 2004, Ashraf and uncle investigated Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Dongguan and other places, and finally decided to open the luggage processing plant in the new industrial zone in the southeast of Jianghai District. "Jiangmen is very livable, the business environment is very good, the labor and rent costs are low, the transportation is convenient, and the procedures for processing are simple. We soon decided to open the factory in Jiangmen." Ashraf said.

Ashraf's cousin and 22 -year -old OLI University also came to work in Jiangmen after graduating. In order to be more convenient to live in Jiangmen, and for the development of the company, in 2005, OLI studied Chinese at Wuyi University for a year. After hard study, he successfully obtained a certificate of class at Wuyi University. During the interview, OLI could already communicate with Chinese fluently in Chinese.

Cooperate with well -known brand in the world

Over the past 18 years, Xinwei Lao Bao Company has continuously developed. Today, the company has 150 employees. Cooperative customers include world -renowned brands. The annual output value of luggage products ranges from more than $ 10 million.

Behind the company's development, the struggle of the Bangladesh brothers in Jiangmen was condensed. At the beginning of the company, there were only one or two customers who had difficulty in operating. In order to broaden the business, they participated in the Canton Fair and won the trust of customers with high -quality products. Since then, the number of customers has increased significantly and promoted the development of enterprises.

The fourteenth party congress of Jiangmen City proposed that it adhered to the industrial city and strong manufacturing city, further promoted the "industrial revitalization" project, and bravely served as the main force of high -quality development in the province's manufacturing industry. At present, despite the impact of the epidemic and affected the export trade business, with the help of the local government, Ashraf and OLI lead the company to actively expand domestic demand, stabilize the international market, explore and transform, and make the company continue to develop steadily.

In Ashraf, the suitcase is not just a rectangular box, it can set different functional areas to meet different use needs. For example, customers hope that the suitcase can also be charged, and they will upgrade and innovate the product in accordance with the customer's needs. It is precisely for the product that the company has won the trust of customers, and luggage products are sold in Japan, South Korea, the United States and other countries.

Speaking of future development, Ashraf said that it will continue to take root in Jiangmen, make enterprises bigger and stronger, and contribute to the Jiangmen's "industrial revitalization" project.
