(5) Work requirements

3. The language of the work is not limited. Language works outside English need to add English dubbing or subtitles to encourage adding Chinese subtitles.

4. The work is based on real life. The theme and content include the elements of Zhejiang. They must not involve pornography, violence and racial discrimination.

5. The copyright of the work is clear to ensure that there are no disputes such as the screen, music, font copyright and portrait authorization, and creativity must not be plagiarized. The submissions indicate that the authorization organizing committee is used for event promotion or work exhibition. The works that have won the special award of the organizing committee, the best communication award, and the first prize award, the copyright and the right to communicate are owned by the organizer.

6. The resolution of the professional group works is 1280*720 or above. Accept format files such as MPG, MPEG, AVI, MOV, WMV, MP4 and other format;

7. The final selection results will comprehensively consider the quality and communication effect of video production, and encourage creators to upload multiple platforms.

8. If you find creative similar works, the time for video releases will be used as the scoring consideration standard (first publisher ranking is preferred).
