The picture released by the netizen shows that a large number of pieces of thermal insulation layer are scattered on the ground. An old man lay on the ground, and a mass at the scene looked above the building.

On August 7, Mr. Feng, a resident of the East District of Kongjiaying, told Jimu Journalists that at 3 pm on the 6th, the local wind was blowing. A 18 -storey residential building near the west gate of the community dropped off. The old man was seriously injured in his head. The old man was then taken to the hospital for treatment, and he had not awakened due to serious injuries. After the incident, the police went to the community to investigate the matter.

Mr. Feng introduced that on the morning of the 7th, when he happened to the building, he saw a insulation layer of about 3 square meters on the exterior wall of about 15 floors falling off. Earlier, the building also had an insulation layer falling off.

Mr. Zhao, a resident of the East District of Kongjiaying, introduced that the building where the thermal insulation layer shedded was Building 14, with a height of about 15 floors. He was smashed in his sixties and was also a resident of the community.
