After the accident, the relevant departments of Lanzhou New District emerged emergency response. Yin Hong, secretary of the Gansu Provincial Party Committee, rushed to the scene to guide the rescue disposal and visited the wounded at the hospital.
The reporter saw at the accident scene that fire protection, medical care, electricity repair, and communication repair personnel are carrying out rescue. It is reported that the Emergency Department of Lanzhou New District has mobilized 47 fire rescue vehicles and more than 300 fire rescue workers to participate in the rescue. Eight injured have been sent to the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou New District for treatment. Xue Shouwang, deputy director of the emergency department of the First People's Hospital of Lanzhou New District, introduced that the eight injured signs are currently stable.
It is understood that the incident company is mainly engaged in the production and operation of pesticide intermediates and pesticide products, and the explosive plant area is a sewage treatment workshop for the enterprise. Zhu Zongbin introduced that after preliminary investigation, the explosion area was about 600 square meters. The accident was smoke, no light fire, and no toxic gas, eliminating subsequent dangerous situations and secondary disaster risks.
