Question: What is the development of this heavy rainfall process?

Experts: From the 6th to 8th, there are heavy rain in the central and western parts of Inner Mongolia, northeast, North China, Northeast China, Shandong and other places. Among them, there are heavy rain in parts of Shanxi, Hebei, Tianjin, Shandong, Liaoning and other areas. It is accompanied by strong convection weather such as short -term and heavy precipitation, local mines or hail.

This rainfall process is mainly divided into two periods: 6th to 7th and 8th, respectively from 6th to 7th.

From the night of the 6th to the 7th, the cold air gradually moved eastward, affecting the east, North China, and Northeast region of Inner Mongolia. The above -mentioned areas have decentralized rainstorms.

On the 8th, cold air and warm and humid airflow confrontation in the central and northern parts of Shanxi, southern Hebei to Shandong, the above -mentioned areas will be as heavy as heavy rain and heavy rainstorms.

Q: What are the specific reasons for this rainfall process? Will there be extreme heavy rainfall?

Experts: At present, the northern boundary of the subtropical high -pressure (deputy high) is located in the southern part of my country in the north of China. Starting from the night of the 6th, the high -altitude tank on the northern side of the auxiliary high has gradually moved to the east, affecting North China and Northeast China from west to east. Affected by the cold air and the auxiliary high -periphery warm and humid airflow, there will be strong precipitation in the Northeast, North China and other places.

Due to the long maintenance time of this round of warm and cold air, and the regional water vapor is abnormal, it has caused strong precipitation in Hebei, Shanxi, Shandong and other places, and the cumulative rainfall of the local area can reach about 200 mm. Extreme heavy rainfall weather may occur in northern Shanxi and central and southern Hebei.

Question: Why does the large -scale strong convection weather appear? Is it related to the early high temperature?

Expert: This has a certain relationship with the recent atmospheric high -energy and humidity environment caused by high temperature. At present, the atmosphere is in a highly unstable state. Once there is a trigger condition, it is very conducive to strong convection weather such as heavy precipitation, local mines, and hail.

Liaoshe dry flow water level fluctuates slightly

Q: How will this rainfall affect the flood prevention of Liaoshe?

Experts: According to the latest forecast, from August 6th to 7th, the Liaohe River Basin will be small to medium rain, heavy rainfall, and the overall rainfall is expected to be around 15 mm. Affected by precipitation, the Liaoshe's dry flowing water level will fluctuate slightly, but the overall water level shows a downward trend.

Question: Will rainfall in North China rain superimposed, causing the risk of secondary disaster?

Experts: In the past 30 days, precipitation in central and southern Hebei, western and northern Shandong, northern, western Liaoning, and western Jilin is 30 % to 50 % of the same period.
