Licheng District People's Government:

The seventh batch of agricultural land transfer and land acquisition of Licheng District of Putian City in 2022 have been approved by the Provincial People's Government (Minzheng Dadi [2022] No. 607), and the notice is as follows:

I. Agree to convert 6.1114 hectares (of which 4.8290 hectares of arable land) in Licheng District into construction land. 0.0444 hectares of urban villages and industrial and mining land in Shuinan Community, Huangshi Town, Licheng District, 4.7108 hectares of Dongxing Community in Xitianwei Town, 0.1182 hectares of dry land, 1.0346 hectares of garden land, 0.2478 hectares of other agricultural land, 6.7122 hectares of urban villages and industrial and mining land. Total 12.8680 hectares of the collective land is requisitioned and used according to planned purposes.

2. Your district must organize land acquisition in accordance with legal procedures and requirements, and effectively do compensation, resettlement and social security for land acquisition units and farmers. The paid fees and cultivated land reclamation fees for new construction land are paid in accordance with regulations.

3. Your district should strictly provide land use to specific construction projects in accordance with relevant regulations such as national land supply policies and land use indicators, and report to the Provincial Department of Natural Resources for the record.
