Since the beginning of this year, the Yanta District has accelerated the rapid cultivation and incubation of social organizations in the jurisdiction through data sharing, optimizing processes, and efficient synergy.

In order to smoothly handle the annual inspection business of nearly 500 social organizations in the incubation and cultivation base of the social organization in the jurisdiction, the District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau intervened in advance, improve the speed of bidding, actively docking, provide relevant business service guidelines and data templates to the incubation base, and assist in completing the annual inspection tasks. They took the initiative to take the initiative and efficient linkage, to solve the problem of work with the "run once" service concepts and improve the quality of service.

It is understood that there are three types of social organizations currently incubating, namely the introduction, first creation, and budding type. Among them, the sprouting social organization refers to the "chick" that plans to establish social organizations and has not yet completed the registration. In order to ensure that the "chicks" "incubate" as soon as possible and "out of the shell" to serve the society as soon as possible, the District Administrative Examination and Approval Bureau will timely open green channels and simplify processes for the base to ensure fast registration and fast incubation.

In the next step, Yanta District will openly open communication channels, actively assist social organizations to apply for efficiently, reduce costs, continuously innovate working methods, improve service levels, and strive to promote new results in the standardized construction of social organizations in the region.
