The "Notice" clearly states that since July 2022, local industrial and commercial households who have participated in small and medium -sized enterprises and individual industrial and commercial households in various places have implemented the payment policy of staging employee medical insurance units. Social organizations, foundation, social service agencies, law firms, accounting firms and other social organizations are implemented with reference. Enterprises within the scope of the payment can be paid for 3 months of employee medical insurance units to pay, and the late payment is exempted from the late payment period.

The "Notice" emphasizes that the "exemption of shackles and enjoyment" after the implementation model, eligible small and medium -sized enterprises can enjoy the payment policy of slow payment units without applying for a slow payment application. All localities should maintain the information system in a timely manner, do a good job of sharing basic business information such as enterprises and employees' insurance payment, and enterprise slow payment, optimize working links and operation processes, innovate service methods, and effectively reduce the burden of corporate affairs.

The "Notice" requires that the legal rights and interests of enterprises should be effectively guaranteed, small and medium -sized enterprises must fulfill their obligations to withdraw their personal payment of employees in accordance with the law, apply for medical insurance premiums for employees normally, and ensure that employees are continuously involved in insurance and continuous records of personal rights and interests. Small and medium -sized enterprises pay the payment of employee medical insurance units, which will not affect the normal reimbursement of medical medical expenses for the company's insured. The level of basic medical insurance reimbursement remains stable and does not decrease. If the insured has a resignation, the treatment of the retirees of the employee's medical insurance, and the transfer of relationship transfer, the enterprise shall pay for the employee medical insurance unit that will be paid slowly. If a company has a cancellation, it shall pay the slow payment before canceling.
