At about 10 o'clock on August 3, Li Peng, the head of the 45th road in Luoyang, drove the car and went to Wan'an Streetkou, Jinye Road. A lady on the roadside suddenly stopped the car and asked him urgently.

The lady's surname was Wang. She drove out alone on the same day. During the way, she suddenly felt numbness in her hands and feet, her heartbeat accelerated, and her chest pain was unbearable.

"I feel that I am fainting immediately. I quickly parked the car to the side of the road and got out of the car for help." Ms. Wang recalled that at this time, Li Peng took the bus just driving, and Ms. Wang hurriedly stretched out to stop the car.
