The survey results show that first, the food safety governance work in the region has achieved positive results. When 77%of consumers encounter food safety problems, they will adopt complaints to protect their rights; third, the work of regulatory departments will continue to increase. The satisfaction rate of complaints involving food safety issues of the masses reached 93%, and super -limited, over -limit edible food additives were voted as the most worrying food safety issues. The recipients suggest that through the improvement of the supervision level of the regulatory authorities, increase the punishment of illegal crimes, strengthen publicity, guidance and social supervision, and further improve the food safety environment. The questionnaire of this investigation reflects the hot hotspots of food safety that the masses pay attention to, and also pointed out the focus of food safety supervision.
