There are several processing machines such as pressure plate equipment to create a fully automated production line of bamboo products. The annual output of bamboo windows exceeds 150,000 cubic meters, and the annual output value of various types of bamboo products has reached 56 million yuan.

According to Chen Feng, the company's bamboo products are mainly exported to European and American countries such as Germany, Poland, Italy, etc. Products continue to sell well. According to foreign environmental protection standards, Yuzhu's bamboo-clover window replacement frequency is 3-4 years. The product replacement and upgrade have made the company have a stable order volume, and sales have been stable.

With the continuous increase in domestic and foreign market demand and the increase in orders, the annual output value of Yuzhu has successfully exceeded 20 million, and it has become a leading enterprise in the province's Maozhu industry.

The person in charge of the cooperative told reporters that since 2016, members of the cooperatives have increased their income by more than 5,500 yuan, and enterprises and farmers have achieved a win -win situation.

Chen Feng said that adopting the business model of "Company + Base + Farmers + Cooperative", from multi -dimensional work from factory employment, technical guidance, and signing procurement agreement to cooperate with the county's bamboo farmers.

When visiting the factory, the reporter found that most of the workers in the workshop were local bamboo farmers in Jiaoling County. With many years of planting experience, the bamboo processing process was fast, high efficiency, and good completion. An employee who is working told reporters that the current monthly salary is 4,000-5000 yuan, which is three times the previous earnings of farmers.

The processing process of bamboo products requires a lot of fresh hair bamboo as raw materials. Yuzhu company radiates more than 60 towns including Jiaoling County, Jiaoshan Town and Nanxun Town, and more than 60 villages in the town of more than 60 villages to develop Maozhu production, and signed 5-10 with the local people of 3,600 households. For the old -term Maozhu acquisition agreement, as of now, the company has supported a total of 1805 bamboo farmers, of which 512 households have doubled income.

Yuzhu has provided a lot of employment opportunities for local bamboo households. At present, the monthly salary is 4,000-5000 yuan.
