Article 2 [Scope of Application] This regulation is applicable to the public security management of online contracts in the administrative area of ​​Guangdong Province.

Article 3 [Management subject] Public security organs at or above the county level are responsible for the public security management of online contracts in their own administrative areas.

Article 4 [Public Security Responsibilities] Public security organs shall fulfill the following responsibilities:
