Shanghai "National Fitness Day" event launched this Saturday

The newly revised "Sports Law" stipulates that the week of the National Fitness Day on August 8 is Sports Week. To this end, Shanghai will actively advocate online competitions in conjunction with urban amateur league and National Fitness Online Games to actively organize online and offline events.

On August 6, the Suzhou River coast of Putuo District will host the "National Fitness Day" event in 2022 and the opening ceremony of the "Half Masu River" Sports Life Festival. During the "National Fitness Day" series of activities, a number of events such as the Shanghai Community Health Games, the Municipal Government Broadcasting Competition, and the National Physical Exercise Standard Contest (units of each street) will be held. Activity.

On the day of the National Fitness Day on August 8, the cities and districts were open to the public for free public stadiums and public stadium facilities. At the same time, some conditional stadiums that were allowed to open to the public for free. Each free and open stadium will adopt measures such as appointment and current restrictions in accordance with relevant epidemic prevention requirements to ensure order and safety. The district physical fitness monitoring center and community physical fitness monitoring site will also provide physical test services for citizens freely on the National Fitness Day.

This year's first scientific fitness guidance week activity has set up 16 fashion sports such as skateboarding, board tennis, flying plates, dry land ice hockey, simulation racing, etc., attracting citizens to experience it. It is expected that more than 130 offline guidance experiences will be carried out during the event, and nearly 2,000 experience places will be issued. Online live broadcasts, video exhibitions, interactive experiences and other forms are adopted to build a display platform for social sports instructors of various projects to enhance citizens' sense of participation.
